Beyond the right answer

Good testers know
what to question.

A chatbot can sound convincing and still be wrong. See how a candidate turns that uncertainty into a thoughtful investigation.

Investigate the conversation

Explore grounding, unsupported claims, multi-turn context, and safety. Look for the questions a candidate asks and the assumptions they challenge.

Make the thinking visible

Review how candidates frame a test, reproduce a problem, and connect their observations to clear evidence.

Build a better hiring discussion

Use practical work to ask informed follow-up questions. Your team interprets the evidence and makes the hiring decision.

What Skillwick does today, and where we want to take it.

Who is Skillwick for?

Skillwick is being developed for employers assessing QA candidates for conversational AI teams. The pilot workflow uses employer-managed invitations for practical interviews or take-home tasks.

What can candidates demonstrate?

The assessment gives candidates room to demonstrate test design, investigation, evidence collection, and evaluation judgment. Conversational AI topics can include grounding, hallucinations, multi-turn context, and safety. These are areas of inquiry, not six separate packaged assessments.

Can I take an assessment independently?

Independent standardized trials are planned. Public enrollment is not open. Read about pilot access for the current scope.

Does Skillwick make hiring decisions?

No. Skillwick supports the collection and review of practical evidence. Employers remain responsible for interpreting that evidence and making their own hiring decisions.

Does Skillwick offer certification?

Not today. Standardized trials and verifiable, shareable proficiency evidence are future plans. Skillwick does not currently issue accredited or universally recognized certifications.
